	MICHELE Merola Owner of the School. Michele has twenty years of professional experience in various companies, he speaks English, Spanish and very fast Italian! You will bump into him in the corridor, he almost always has a telephone in his hand, and sometimes a guitar!		SANDRA Goop Merola President of the School, in charge of administration and finance, Sandra was born in Basel (Switzerland), she speaks German, English, Chinese, Italian and has years of experience in language schools. Sandra also worked as a missionary in Hong Kong for 10 years.
	MILVA Fuschini Milva is in charge of reception and is the first point of contact for students. She has been with us since 1989 and deals with course enrolments and general administration. Kind, unflappable and resourceful, Milva solves any problem that might come up, or at least tries to!		KIM Pari English teacher, marketing assistant, also in charge of operational management. You’ll find her in reception, where she’s always happy to help.
	GIANNI Garelli Director of Studies, in charge of all the courses and teaching staff, Gianni develops the School’s academic programmes and materials and organises extra-curricular academic activities. He has fifteen years’ teaching experience and is good in all Italian dialects!		TEACHING Staff The outcome of language courses depends largely on the quality of the teaching staff. All our teachers are native language speakers with degrees in languages or humanities. They have also undertaken postgraduate courses to train to teach Italian as a foreign language (DITALS) and they have extensive teaching experience.
