ENROLMENT GENERAL CONDITION

Please send the Registration Form together with a non refundable deposit of Euro 160,00. The deposit is not an additional cost, but is part payment of fees.
The deposit can be paid:
- by postal money order,
- to the appointed agent of Scuola Palazzo Malvisi,
- with
credit card,
- by bank transfer to the appropriate School's Bank Account:

The School will not be responsible for bank charges pertaining to the payee's bank and will debit the student if these charges are transferred to the School's account. The remaining balance of tuition fees is payable on or before the first day of the course, either direct to the School or to our appointed Agent. Direct payment to the School can be made as above, or on arrival at the School and by either cash or travellers' check. If payment is effected by bank check (e.g. EUROCHECK), Euro 10,00 must be added to cover bank charges

CANCELLATION
In the event of a cancellation before the beginning of the course, the School will retain the deposit. The School reserves the following rights:
- not to make any refunds once the course has begun;
- to change course programs in the event of unforeseen circumstances beyond its control;
- to refuse claims which have not been made by a student during her/his stay and within 14 days after termination of her/his course;
- to refuse claims made by a third person.
- to change accommodation and/or offer alternatives on the rare occasions the School is unable to provide the accommodation requested.

ACCOMMODATION
Upon request we assist students in finding suitable lodgings. The accommodation fees for lodgings include bed linen, gas, electricity and heating costs. We put all our care and attention into finding and inspecting the accommodations we use.
Your accommodation will be provided from the Sunday (on request from Saturday) preceding the course until the Saturday morning after the course has finished. Please advise in advance your approximate arrival time. We will give you full instruction on how to reach the School and your accommodation address. Only full weeks are calculated.
