The course is for all those who work in the tourism area, especially in hotels or restaurants.
The course offers the opportunity to learn more about the language in order to improve and promote your relationship with Italian speaking customers.
Kind of course:
TW-26+2 Combined, 20 group lessons + 4 individual lessons per week (Bagno di Romagna).
TW-26+4 Combined, 20 group lessons + 4 individual lessons per week (Bagno di Romagna).
TW-20+4 Combined, 20 group lessons + 4 individual lessons per week (Ravenna).
TW-20+8 Combined, 20 group lessons + 4 individual lessons per week (Ravenna).
In the morning the course covers the standard programme contemplated for the course groups (G).
In the afternoon, during the individual lessons, the teachers will deal with specific topics including Hotel (customers reception; information through letters, telephone, fax: offers; staff management) and Restaurant, with the studying of specific vocabulary, role play activities, written production and oral comprehension).
