The centres of Ravenna and
Bagno di Romagna organize wine lessons, wine tasting and tour in local wineries
and to wine producers.
The students, in their free time, can descovery the different italian wines and
know the basic language of wine.
It is also possible to attend specific wine courses. This is only one of possible courses we can organize; to know any further information (time, prices, content...) please contact our offices.

| The course combines Italian language lessons in group, in the morning, with a special course, in the afrternoon, for knowing the Italian wine language. | |
| Program
of the course (2 weeks). Morning: From Monday to Friday, 4 hours Italian language lessons in group, from 9:00 to 13:00. Afternoon: 2 afternoons per week, wine lessons (2 hours per day). |

| 1° LESSON The wine history in Italy. The wine words: (cultivation, production, conservation). General outline of the Italian enology. |

| 2° LESSON The sensorial analysis words (sight, sense of smell, taste). The enology of Romagna (products, characteristic, prospects). Tasting of three wine of Romagna combined with local products. |

| 3° LESSON The enology of Piemonte (products, characteristic, prospects). Tasting of three wine of Piemonte combined with local products. |
|
| 4° LESSON Tour in a local winery. Lunch with the teacher in a typical "enoteca" with local wines and dishes. |
